ATTENTION CHOIR MEMBERS

COMING UP NEXT WEEK

Dec. 13, 2007       1:30  pm       All School Christmas Chapel       

            Choir students should wear red or green Dennis shirts and

            Khaki bottoms.  They will be singing one of their songs.

            This is a time in which all the students in the school are able

            to hear the different performing groups in the school.

Dec. 13, 2007       7:00 pm       Christmas Concert

            Choir students should wear the following:

            Girls:  White blouses, black pants or black skirts, black dresses (skirts and dresses should be knee length or lower), black shoes

            Boys:  White dress shirts, black pants, black socks, black shoes, tie (optional)

            **Students dancing in Renaissance or ballet will have additional costumes.

            Students should arrive at 6:15 pm for sound check in the Gymnasium.

We cannot wait to share what we have been working on this quarter!  Please remember this is a mandatory concert for their 2nd quarter grade!

ATTENTION CHOIR MEMBERS

*5th/6th Grade Choir & Band CHRISTMAS Concert   

December 13th        7:00 p.m.

DRESS

Girls:  White blouses, black pants or black skirts, black dresses (skirts and dresses should be knee length or lower), black shoes

Boys:  White dress shirts, black pants, black socks, black shoes, tie (optional)

            **Students dancing in Renaissance or ballet will have additional costumes.

PRACTICE

Students have received practice cd’s and lyric sheets so that they can practice their parts at home.  This will allow them to prepare for a music quiz in which students will sing the three Christmas songs for me to show me what they have been learning. They will be signing up for before school or lunchtime slots. There are also weekly practice sheets the students should be turning in.

PERFORMANCE TIMES

Students have been working on the music and are sounding wonderful!  We cannot wait to share it with the parents!!  This is a mandatory concert for their 2nd quarter grade, so please mark your calendars!   If you have any questions, please let me know!
