2. 1882- Helen Keller loses sight, hearing, and power of speech

3. 1887- Anne Sullivan arrives in Tuscumbia, Alabama

4. 1888- Helen Keller visits Perkins Institution for the Blind in Boston

5. June 1,1968- Helen Keller dies at her Easton, Connecticut Home
