Greeting and Salutations!

Hello, my name is Miss Serena Jackson, I am a third year teacher who has graduated with a Masters degree from the University of Phoenix.  I have relocated from Calgary, Alberta, Canada which has been an amazing experience.  It seems that I have been working towards becoming a teacher my entire life; every event and lesson in my life has prepared me for this moment.  God has truly blessed me with teachers and mentors who have guided me through this process.  I have been working with children for nearly fourteen years in many different capacities.  Each year of experience has reaffirmed my desire to teach and guide children.

It is with great excitement and eagerness that I enter into my third year at Scottsdale Christian Academy.  I feel truly blessed to be part of a school that is dedicated to both the academic and spiritual growth of our children.  I am thoroughly looking forward to working with each of your children in my class and fostering a desire to learn and grow mentally, spiritually and academically.  I enter this year with a prayer in my heart that I will act as God’s hand extended to each child.  I promise this year will be one of fun and exploration as we discover new facts and ideas.
