“The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning, great is Your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23
Mrs. Hartmann's Biography

Hi! I’m Mrs. Hartmann, and this will be my 21st year teaching. I have been blessed to be at SCA for 17 years including this one. Although I have taught Preschool, Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades, 6th Grade is definitely my favorite! This is going to be the best year you’ve ever had!

I came to know the Lord and accept Him as my Savior when I was a freshman at Northern Arizona University. His faithfulness to me is astounding and I seek to serve Him everyday. It is my desire to become more like Him and disciple my own children as well as those children He gives me as students.

In my spare time (ha!) I like to scrapbook, read historical fiction, watch movies, and listen to contemporary Christian music.

I have such a great family, too. My husband, Leo, is a software developer and works at ThomsonReuters. He also has a passion for basketball, kids, and ministry, so he coaches JV Boys’ Basketball at SCA.

We have a ninth grade daughter, Heather. She attends SCA, and is quite a basketballer. She is full of life and love for the Lord. She has been smiling since the day she was born.

We also have a nine-year-old son, Jacob, who will be in 4th Grade at SCA. He is a massive ball of energy with a heart of gold. We know God has some mighty plans for him.

Our youngest daughter, Megan, will be seven-years-old in September. She will start in 2nd grade this year. She amazes us everyday with what she is learning and how she grows. Her sweet smile will melt anyone’s heart.

We are so blessed to be a part of SCA!  Our prayer is that you will see Jesus in us and our school.
