History

Where We've Come From

The Academy was founded in 1968 by Scottsdale Bible Church with 47 students in grades 1-4. In 1972 the Academy became independent of the church as an Arizona nonprofit corporation, grades kindergarten through eighth. The high school was added in 1973 and the total enrollment at that time was 275 students.

In 1974 the Academy relocated to 9827 N. 32nd Street. As enrollment continued to increase several buildings were added on site. In the early 1980's the search began for a larger location for our growing school.

The 1991-1992 school year brought the Academy to our current fourteen-acre campus, located on the southwest corner of Tatum Boulevard and Acoma Drive.

Where We're Going

Each year the Lord has given a harvest of children and young people who have accepted Christ as their personal Savior. Our alumni tell us of the good things He is doing in their lives and how they are serving Him. Education with a difference makes a difference!

We are excited about the opportunity God has presented to us to trust Him and His people for great things. With a strong foundation of academic excellence and spiritual development, our school will continue to produce leaders for tomorrow's world.

Pray for this endeavor; prayerfully consider ways in which you can be involved; and come share in the future and the blessing with us.
